Vincent King was born in the CNCS in TN 1894 to a very strict religious household. His enrollment in a Northern Guard military academy brought great pride to his family. After fighting in the War of the Alliance, Vince became disgusted with warfare and became disillusioned with his faith. As he began to question his faith, divisions began to grow between him and his father.
After striking a superior officer for abusing a Jerusalemite in 1925, he fled with his gear to Khyr-ad Din where he began dueling. Vincent did well in the Khyr-ad Din Dueling Circuit until he sustained an injury to his leg during a duel. With his injury he realized his dueling career was over. Desperate for money, Vincent found a young duelist being exploited by his agent and offered to help him out.
As time moved on, Vincent steadily picked up a collection of duelists over the years. He doesn’t have the notoriety to manage duelists like Lash or Miranda Petite, but he does get skilled, second-tier duelists. Some have even risen to be short-lived stars. He is hoping he can turn his business around with his contract with trideo star, Dayvid Starr, and a Hermes 72 documentary team following Dayvid to document his return to the arena. If he can pull this off, he might finally get some real talent, and real money. And… with Mother Superior’s acolytes breathing down his neck over unpaid debt; money is one thing he really needs.
